NYC before Christmas

It’s not even officially winter here in the US but it felt like it was, last Saturday in NYC. The weather majigy says ‘twas 38°F when it actually felt like 0 degrees. Not even exaggerating.

But it was cool (literally, it was!) :D It was fine. IT WAS FUUUUN! New York never fails to make me happy. *insert smiley here*

First we went to China Town
We ate lunner (lunch-slash-dinner) somewhere here. Heh!

Then off to the World Trade Center

That’s a lie! It didn’t feel like 38°, more like negative degrees >:(

We had a full moon that night too! Peek-a-boo :D

That’s the huge square structure that’s surrounded with man-made falls. Interesting eh? The whole place itself is still under construction - the buildings, the museum, etc.
So after visiting the memorial, we went straight to Rockefeller. On our way there was an agony cause it was far from the memorial. We had to use the sub and walked miles to see the Christmas tree.

We passed by some humongous balls and mini Christmas trees.

Sadly though when we reached the celebrity tree itself… there are lots of people in there! I mean, crazy amount of people! IT WAS CROWDED! :| That is why, I wasn’t able to get a decent photo of the tree. *tear*

One the brighter side, since Rockefeller’s just beside the Times Square, we went there too! That’s our last destination :>

Random fact: From China town until Rockefeller, we were desperately looking for Starbucks or any coffee shop. Unfortunately, we didn’t find any until we’ve already reached near Times Square. I just gots a tall Vanilla Latte cause I thought that’ll be enough for me. Guess what, I finished it in about 5 minutes. Well, I could’ve probably gotten a venti after all.

So yeah, that was our trip. Minus the knee-leg-back pain and almost collapsing because of the coldness, I definitely had a lot of fun! :)
Hoping to see you again, NYC! *insert much love here*
